In the planning stage we will address many of your preferences and give a few hints.

What features do you desire or are important to you?

The site: Should be level and not in an area that is lower than other parts of the yard. Pick a spot that is level and will not have water drain or stand on it. This could cause the sub base to be damaged, and alter the fill of the putting green.

If you are chipping to the green, it should not be close to your house. We want to avoid broken windows of any buildings in the area.

We can blend the putting green into existing landscaping to create a very natural setting. It’s your choice if you want it to look like a traditional grassy golf course or a lush, tropically planted oasis.

Turf material comes on a 12’ wide roll and the green does have a nap, which means the material has to be laid in the same direction. Carefully plan the size of your putting green according to the 12’ sections so there is not a lot of waste. Make sure the green is as large as it can be since adding to it later makes it almost impossible to match the turf. Like any material there are various dye lots and these change every two weeks.
